Does anyone know the best version of this game? Alot of times, DOS ports were very lackluster

I recommend the nes version. No loading times, no disk changes, no speed problems, nice graphics and sound and even automap.
Character creation (you have to find a place where your characters are reborn) and a few stat effects are a little different, but the quests and maps are the same.

I just started to play MM1 but I need Blank Map mentioned in manual. I was trying google it but can not find it. Can somebody help me?

I didn't need "Blank Map" (whatever you're referring to) for playing, so you won't need it either.

Blank Map? Do you mean the piece of graph paper they included in the original manual for you to photocopy and use? If youve got a pdf of the manual I think it should be in there.

For drawing maps you can just use common squared paper.
