Hi

Just to add to Flop's review of Gateway2 - it seems to work well in Windows XP (installed in C:\Gateway2) I got all the Introduction which didn't come up in DOSBox. The only trouble with XP - No Music

Please can someone get me into Mission Control? I've got the tuning fork and explored the Conference Room, Lab and the tram station. I have all the Hints on this site but can't find a "console" to type into. I know - not very good am I?

You need to take the tram to get there. Just wait at the tram station untill it arrives.

Well, the clock isn't ticking in the game, so if you just sit by the screen, waiting, you're gonna wait for a very long time.

Just type wait. This advances the clock by 30 minutes, unless something (anything) happens.

Oh dear. I have a lot to learn

Its many years since I played the original text based games on my Amstrad & I've forgotten simple things like that! Its going to be fun getting to learn it all again

No problem at all. I'm glad to be of assistance.

Remember that you can see all the available commands in the menu, although the list is long and I very much doubt I even used all of them in the game . The most common ones are at the top, though. k:

in the endgame: should i go forward or backward after i've filled the sack with magic dust in the mirror room??if i go forward i'm stoned to death and if i go backwards the demon kills me...hm..

wrong game...should've been gateway 1...............
