No, it will not harm any of your data. What the Mount command does is read the given directory on your hard drive and make DOSBox act as if it was a drive of given letter. Windows (or any other OS you have) will remain unaffected. I advise against mounting the root of your drive (as in
Mount C C:\), with the obvious exception of mounting CD-ROM and floppy drives.
