Go here and grab the attached file.
Run it in DosBox before running the game and change all three settings to "Disabled".

I have a problem, I get to the point where I fight the football guy, I beat him, and then I see the screen as if I lost the game, and it goes back to main menu, does anyone know what's wrong?
