Hi,

I hope someone can help cuz i havent played this game in yonks and really wouldnt mind havin a go again!

I downloaded the game and have done nothing else except open the chaos overload link. A black screen then comes up with some menu stuff on top like file, edit, comm and help, but its just frozen no matter how long i leave it.

Is my pc incompatable with it (ie too new as seems to happen with lots of my older games) or am i meant to do somethin that i havent?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi² ,
Now you haven't told on WHAT OS you are, that would help give you a reasonable answer how to run those games.

Dosbox will be your destiny then.

More specific: Windows, 0.72, Win32 installer is the one you will need.

um sorry to seem ignorant, all i can find is;

Microsoft Windows XP
Home Edition
Version 2002
Service Pack 2

is that the info needed? or where else can i look, i just looked at system properties

Celeron ® CPU 2.60 GHz
2.59 GHz 496 MB of RAM

is that enough info?

but anyways, did you try clicking File->New Game? what happened afterwards?

the icon is a timeglass and it doesnt let me select any of the options.

that means the game is running, do you hear clicking sounds when you drag and drop mouse or randomly click on the black screen?

no sounds or anything. also when i use task manager to close it down, it already shows as not responding before i even try and close it...
