i have just acquired a HP scanjet 2100c usb scanner and i downloaded and installed the latest drivers from the hp site but whenever i go to detect it, its detected as an unknown device :ranting:
 :ranting: :Titan: :help: (windows xp pro) i have also tried searching the net for solutions heavily but none fn work :ranting: :ranting: :Titan: :help:
