Default [RRS] Dino Wars

I am trying to identify this old dinosaur fighting PC game. I will try to provide as much detail as I can. I was around age 4-7 when I saw it so I can't recall a lot of the technical info.

Gameplay:
This is your typical PC fighting game with 1 or 2 player modes (player vs player, player vs AI). Players choose can pick one of several dinosaur species (i.e. T-rex, triceratops, ... etc.) as their fighter. Game perspective is purely side view, 2D plane of motion.

A defining feature is that when a player loses a match, his dinosaur would shrink into a small black shadow/silhouette. This is probably the most useful detail I can give.

Dates:
Around 1989-1992. The game could possibly be released earlier but it's no newer than 1992.

Operating System:
DOS. Possibly Windows 3.1 but unlikely.

Computer:
IBM compatible PC.

Graphics:
Can't remember too much of the technical details. It was likely either 16 colour EGA or 256 colour VGA.

Thanks for taking the time to help!
