Hey there... I have a similar problem... only, My DosBox version seems to have no sound. This is not a major problem really, it just lacks the fear and atmosphere I remember from the game.

Every time i run the setup prog, nothing actually works and the prog seems to throw out the changes before closing.

I am running Vista Basic with SP1 on a 1.9Ghz dual core AMD Athlon with 2GB memory and vast swathes of HD space.
I don't think I am using a sound card as such. It appears to be onboard REALtec
high defenition audio.
Any hints and tips?
