Default Weird - Truth is Stranger than Fiction

It was a supernatural/paranormal puzzle game of sorts, in a first-person perspective, much like Myst.
You had to solve various puzzles and perform other tasks, and as you completed each one, you'd unlock a new article (sometimes videos), about a particular paranormal event.

Must have been released in early to mid 90s, as I remember the Mac Format magazine giving it away free sometime in 1996 or 1997.
I know it was released for the Mac, and I think PC. I'm fairly sure it was called 'Weird' in England, although in other countries it may have been released under a different name (or not at all)

Anybody have any information on it, or where I could locate a copy?
