Our hosting provider has been subject to a massive, continuing DDOS attack recently. Connection breaks and long access times are the result.

What are you having problems with, exactly?
Can't unpack it? Use WinRar. Can't run it? Use DosBox to do so. You can download it here.

You might want to check out the official DosBox FAQ, and particularly this part of it. It is quite helpful for users unfamiliar with DosBox.
Of course, the DosBox readme already covers most of that...
