its a little freeware desktop toolbar. i recommend it as its very customizable (i have mine checking my e-mail, showing shutdown shortcuts and showing the time)

Looks alright I guess. I think its trying to copy the Longhorn interface in a way. I won't use it because of the space it takes up, and I assume the resaouces too. I like my desktop to be quite clean.

it doesn't actually use up any resources and the main constraint would be if you use transluscency and i have found it doesn't strain my computer

Indeed it pays to play it safe at times, but if you ever are unsure about something you can always head to one of the many security forums around the net, like wilders, or spywareinfo and ask if a product might have spyware, just for a heads up if you can't find much info on it.
