I can't help you with that, but I have a question for you, is that a windowblinds theme you are using? If yes, which one?

I got it working I had to run the install.exe through dosbox first
i have been wanting to run this for years

As for the theme, it's Crystaltheme, using the hacked uxtheme.dll
Do a google search on both.

Glad you made it work! I wonder if the rest of the excellent wing commander series also work through dosbox.

Thansk for the hints.

More hints

In dosbox, i edited the config to EMS=false

mount C C:\FULL\ARMADA
C:
install.exe
restart dosbox
mount C:\FULL\ARMADA
C:
loadfix ARMADA.exe

No sound though, but hell, it's better than nothing.

For sound, try to run the setup or install file and select Soundblaster with default settings . DOSBox emulate Soundblaster even if you don't have a Soundblaster card in your computer tower.

Sound should work too. I had some problems with other Origin games, but I was able to set up sound on all of them.
