i don't know who made it but this is complete misunderstood and misleading.
what it serves right now is exact the purpose of troubleshooting archive

It is already being discussed in the moderator forum.
The subforums are now restricted (can't open a new thread there or post anymore) and the thread itself is being dealt with. |
