Im having some problems when im trying to change my avatar.
Every time when i try to upload a new avatar picture,it will upload my old paladin avatar.

Try uploading again, and do a FULL refresh of the webpage
(Ctrl+F5)

possibly the files are readonly since the move to the new server, I'll ask Data to check the chmod permissions of the upload directory.

I had this problem too, until I changed to a different format. I have no clue, but I first used PNG, then something else, then to reduce size, its now a jpeg.

Data fixed the chmod permissions, should work now
