Warn system's been explained before. Only you yourself can see your warning level. It's normally at 0%. Other users have a warning level too, but can't see yours, nor can you see that of others.

Highest ever warn was The Void with 180%, but that was a joke, right now I've got 0% warn but I've had two 20% warns in the past (though not at the same time).
