Years ago I played this one-man-submarine sim where you (I think) worked for a sort of an intelligence agency against multinational companies with dodgy agendas. They were, for instance, looking for this downed german sub and you had to prevent them from finding it. Gah, I remember so little... I remember you had to watch out for huge marine life with attitude as well as enemy subs. I know this is not much more than nada to go on, but if anyone knows about a game that could fit this vague description, PLEASE speak up. Suggestions will do (I'll then look into it).

This is a gem I played ages ago, and the one I have been looking for ever since the guy who owned the computer moved. It's also the game I have been nagging Abandonia about a few times I'm not sure about it's status. It is a Microprose/Part. Systems game from 1993/1994. I looked for it at A's Oldwarez List and got to MobyGames. But a quick google revealed more download sites than normally appears if it is warez. So, could A host this title? It would be sweet if you could.

If you look to the right in the AW list, you'll see that the status is "Abandonware". That should answer your question, really

I noticed but I'm still not sure if that alone means if it's ok for A to host it.
And: If it's ok, then why haven't you already ?!! ... (except you'd need someone to upload it, of course...)

That alone is enough. Any game that is listed as AW in the list, can be added to the site.
And yeah... we do. I, for instance, don't have that game :bleh:
