Forgot the name: anime and space themed pool game
All I can recall is that I played this game in the early 90's. It was a DOS game, some kind of pool/billiard clone but I remember it had a few distinctive features:

Everything but the last point sounds like Pocket Gal, but I'm not aware of a PC version. This is the arcade game:

While looks interesting, it definitely was something else. And had a less deformed look.
