I was trying to use the "shout box" messenger thing at the bottom of the forums page. I think it worked for me one time, but now I get red text asking "cookies deactivated?" My message is not added because of this. I delete all cookies added by the site, then logged in again to reset that and still no go. Cookies are on for me. Not a big deal. I was just curious as to why it might not work. I am behind a company firewall, so that may be it.
