Dam Building Game
I remember there being a game that I used in Jr. High in some CAD design class where you had to build a dam that could withstand a flood, but at the same time keep the cost down as much as possible.

Hmmm, sounds similar to Pontifex (where you build bridges, and have to work within a certain budget). I didn't know there was a similar one with dams in, that sounds cool.
