Avatar. Truly I could list a lot of movies that are big budget over hyped fails, but they made a lot of money so they have a market. I just prefer my movies to have some thought put into them and not just be about making the biggest explosions to distract people...oh and a certain Director stealing my childhood cartoons from me. Huh? It might not be the best, since it's basically just Pocahontas with aliens and sh*t, but I'd not put it on the worst movies ever list by far... I quite enjoyed the 3D version to be honest >.> (and no, I was distracted by seeing a gas giant that felt real at the beginning, not silly explosions  )
