Yeah very true, if your internet explorer settings are high and since you've disabled java and flash, your really being safe with your surfing, plus with the extra precautions of spybot, spywareblaster etc...
On a side note, any particular reason why you are using AVG 6.0? Considering it's not being supported anymore...
