Depends on what you mean DOS compatible. If you mean running programs for one on the other, then no, only through emulation you can do that as far as I know. You could read disks (720k) from one machine to the other though, and copy files and such, but not much else.
You have to understand that GEM is not an operating system, it is the graphical way of communicating with the OS (TOS in this case).
So you might want to look at steem or pacifist or others for this kind of emulation. Though I doubt this is what you wanted. :crazy:
