I guess this should go under this section. Anyway, I'm wondering what a good program is that can be used to create and edit GIF Animations. I have some I made from before my computer crashed, but I lost the program I used before to make and edit them (I can't remember what it was.) Can anyone give me some help? Something preferably free would be wonderful
