Personally I hated the second movie. I'm not a huge fan of the series (I'm more of a Silent Hill type of girl :P) but I've played most of the series so I decided to check both movies out. The first one wasn't
toobad simply because it just took place in the Resident Evil universe and we didn't have to deal with any game characters getting ruined. Then of course two comes out and it's absolutely horrid.
Plenty of folks that like the game say he's paying homage to parts of it by basically redoing parts of the games and sticking Alice in them, but I like to call it ripping them off/destroying it.
I also don't think Alice could've possibly been any more annoying (plus making her like Alexia, except far less cool, is just annoying because Code Veronica is my second favorite of the series (despite Steve...)).
