As a game it is less good than UFO 1, but i imagine that the makers of this game read a lot of Lovecraft books
I remember UFO 2 having too many references to the cthulhu myth. As also, if i remember correctly, another games that are inspired are alone in the dark and Shadow of the comet ( by the way is this game anywere? i never played it
