I assume you have installed DOSBox already.
Since you're new to this and appear to be somewhat confused, let's start with the basics and go step by step.
First: What are you mounting as the C drive
in DOSBOX ?
If that question does not seem to make any sense, please go to
this part of the Beginner's Guide for an explanation of drive mounting in DOSBox (and
this one to learn how to automate it).
Note that mounting the root of your system drive as the DOSBox C drive is a
BAD idea, and in this case exceptionally so.
