I couldn't find any information on Arkane other than the information and links already provided by rainfeather and kryt3n. As such, the game doesn't seem to be sold anywhere, the developer/publisher isn't an ESA member, and the game doesn't seem to be supported either.
Could someone please confirm the status of this game?
