Looking into game readme, at least, for chapter 2, it haven't "real" documentation:

Do you see any mentions of extra documentations? I am not.
I think (if you have the same "registered" versions as me) that you haven't _real_ registered versions, only hacked shareware. At least, I wasn't able to find full Chapter 1 (all found versions haven't fileXX.256 set for VGA) and full chapter 2 (info glitched).
Chapter 3 is "real" game though! And it have "good" set of information inside. Check it.
