I'm currently wasted a lot of time for stealing, so I'm some level behind you, but bought a RedRyder LE BB Gun, what works with my 3 STR.
Bishop's safe: Disarm the trap, unlock the safe, take its content. What's the big deal here? (Of course as Mr. Bishop is a real pickhead, you have to plan your visits considering having sex with Ms. Bishop (once) and Mrs. Bishop (twice).)

Myron: he sucks anyway. He can make healing chems, but healing chems are plentyful, and more: super stimpacks have weight. So don't mind him too much, he's terrible fighter. He can use needler pistols and onehanded energy weapons if you want him (but then you'll want to hunt for the alien blaster, but that's tricky).
Moving NPCs: let them be partymembers or average NPCs, if you get stuck because of them, just click on them with the right mouse button. One of the icons will make them moving 1 step away from you (can be done unlimited times).
Some NPC doesn't have this option though. In that case just rest for 10 minutes in the PipBoy, and they'll 90% of the times move away.
Changing the distance will only help in case of partymembers if you set them closer then they are at the moment. I usually let them on long leash, that gives the best chance not getting stuck, or change the situation easily. (But it is possible even to push a whole crew through Arroyo's bridge if necessary.)
Yes, when missing with shots there is a chance hitting the wrong target. Deal with it, or change your party.
Westin: Go to NCR. Enter the city (not just the location!). On the western side of the maps there are electric fences. Behind one of them is Westin's ranch (ask the guard to let you in).
Sex: it is done through conversation. A second blackness happens, you're sometimes moved to a bed, and some floating text can appear too.
Btw an advice: if you need some sex-perk, hire mutants and/or dogs into your party, and visit the prostitute in Den.
Q3: Inside some buildings. Enter the location of Gecko, go north with one map, and look inside the houses. Come on, you can do this!
Granades: they are weapons. Put them into your hands, and attack with them as usual. But if you ask me the only use of them is to realise, you're just a highly advanced robot, instead of organic being.
