There are several "Coordination Threads" according to each language like
this one for the german crew but I haven't found one for the netherlands.

what do you mean exactly? when you're are logged in as a translator there is on top of each game site a link "Translate this game". it's small though and it's currently not working but hopefully will be fixed soon.
