Note for the future: the demo version includes a level
not appearing in the full game.
Thus, we should find a copy of the demo to add under Extras.
EDIT: Despite my best efforts - demo not found.
However, I found a FULL cd version with the intro and outro videos - it's runnable without the CD after installation, and can be copied around however you like.
