That's why it's called a random question.
You don't know how many people will have entered the contest at the end, I don't know that... and Red Avatar won't know until he receives the last entries.
It's like those "how many beans are in the jar" guessing contests. Everyone picks a number they feel is the correct one and the closest answer wins.
