I'm not sure if you were aware of this bug, so I'll point it out anyway.
There's a bug which displays Ultima Underworld 2 (possibly more games?) as downloadable when you select language as English and as ESA protected when you select any other language.
That one just made me mislead one user in troubleshooting forum about the status of Ultima Underworld 2.
