Be sure that GUS=FALSE in dosboxconfig.
Maybe a needless remark: imgmount the cue file.
Correct choices then are:
S for Soundblaster
DMA 1
IRQ 7
Port 220
Sound (music+voices) works in intros, tutorials, movies .... whatever.
No glitches whatever.
