All last year I had problems with my sleep. Every night I would stay up till about 3 or 4 in the morning reading books or listening to music or doing anything, but the next morning I would always have to wake up at 7. So I was getting on average 4 or 3 hours of sleep every night. This even went on through the weekends, but then I could wake up at about 2 in the afternoon, so it was all good.
