I'd wager he doesn't have such a button. Looks like the same bug that struck me when I joined, hit him (his user name has no link, and his post count says "n/a", just like mine did).
To get that fixed, you can either send a Private Message to one of the admins of the site, or hop over to the
List of Bugs thread, and tell them your account's messed up, Scorn.
