first of all, rename the useless long iso name to W7.iso or something
then, after you mount your virtual drive in dosbox (i guess you know how to do that since you told you got the dosbox running)
and then mount wizardy iso as your cd drive with isomount command
example:
imgmount d: c:\w7.iso -t iso
where blue is virtual drive and red text is patch to the iso on your hdd
