...however, I really am not impressed, and I apologise in advance for this e-mail, but you obviously need feedback.
I've been using Abandonia for quite some time, and I thought that the site was a perfect balance of easy style and strong functionality. Although there are some concessions to functionality with this new website (the filter on the game menus, the expanded similar games feature), it really has come at the expense of style, and, to be honest, I am finding browsing to be somewhat physically unpleasant on the eye. If you had added the filter to the game menus without the intrusive advertising, and washed-out feel, then I would have been very happy, but I feel like I am browsing a liquidator's catalogue...which might be fitting for the theme, but it removes the impression of love for the games...a lack of love which is continued again on the description page with its two repeated adverts as frames? Poor showing there too.
