This one was never released on Amiga - you might be thinking of Stunt Car Racer, which was 100 times better on Amiga than PC.
This is a pretty cool game, and takes advantage of the PC's talent for vector graphics, something at which the Amiga did not excel (until you got a 68060 anyway..). I remember being impressed when I first played it back in 91 or 92. Compared to Stunts/4D Stunt Driving though, it seems to have 'twitchy' handling and too much gravity. On the other hand, the tactical/strategic element is better, what with pitstops and progressive damage for all players.
