Delta Force 2 is my favorite.
And yes, Black Hawk Down is far different from the others, it's more of a generic war shooter.
In relation to freedom in your objectives, Delta Force (the first two) it's pretty flexible, just don't expect Operation Flashpoint.
There's a lot of extraction missions, stealth, firefights, and long distance gun fighting.
The graphics may not look that bad in screens, but those are usually compressed and the pixels don't stick out as bad. They're voxel graphics, so if you're picky about a game's looks in relation to what came out at the time, it's pretty bad. You can pretty much run any of them with those specs dude.
EDIT: I almost forgot to mention Delta Force: Xtreme STAY AWAY FROM IT, the revisions it makes to the game isn't really all that necessary and only serves to water it down (it's a remake of the original).
