I know this probably isn't it but maybe Etherlords 1 or 2. I don't remember the flying glove or skateboard so probably not. If you want a really great card game there's a pretty good one called Armageddon Empires by Cryptic Comet. You can get the Demo from their homepage and once I played I bought it. Just a word of warning read the tutorial
