There is a DOS emulator (or, more correctly, a 486/DOS emulator) called
DosBox.
You can download it
here. It will definitely remedy your problems with Master of Magic.
I recommend you check
the official DosBox FAQ, and particularly
this part of it. It is quite helpful for users unfamiliar with DosBox.

A list of basic commands can be found in the DosBox' readme file. Make sure to read it, because you'll also need several that never were part of the real DOS command set.
You can automate certain things by editing the [autoexec] portion of
Dosbox.conf (it works just like Autoexec.bat in true DOS), and it is possible to install Norton Commander on it (you can get it from
our programs and utilities page - scroll down to the bottom to find it) for more convenient usage.
