Unfortunately, that's why the games are listed as still being sold... because they are included when you buy the new version of Bard's Tale.
I suppose one could split hairs and argue that the original BT games are *not* themselves being sold, but rather they are included for free when you pay for the new game. However, The Powers That Be have not released the games specifically as freeware, so they can't be made available for download. (Yet.)
