Sierra is an ESA company, which can be seen
here. Sierra has an active ESA Protection for 20 years, meaning that Arcanum will be abandoned earliest in 2022 - that is why your best bet is second hand shops. It doesn't matter that no first hand copies are sold. The game is off-limits.
