I think you mean "Chess Maniac 5 Billion and 1". In that case,
Dosbox Compatibility list has it as incompatibile with v0.65, but working with v0.58. Try getting 0.58
from here.
As for drive mountings, they need to be mounted every time DosBox is restarted, BUT you don't have to do it yourself. Have a look
