It is from "The Newlywed Game". A show where newlyweds are asked probing, but innocuous questions that reveal how much they know about their new spouse. It ran for a long time, but being in colour, the clip probably came from the early seventies. As there are now specialty channels for everything, there is a channel dedicated to re-running old gameshows.
I once watched a very bizarre program that may have been a european version of the same thing. The segment that I watched had six men dressed as scotsmen (five red and one green) standing with one foot up on a low stool. A blindfolded woman went from man to man and felt the raised knee. Not speaking italian, I can only guess that she was trying to identify her (future) husband by the feel of his knee.
