When you get to the carnival stage at one point you get to a room where you have to walk a high rope above a pit of snakes to get a key. there should be some benches on your right hand side.
press T
type in eva galli
this should enable no clipping mode.
walk toward the wall directly opposite the benches (the one right next to the snake pit) and carry on walking, there is a hidden room.
lo and behold guess who is in this room???
walk up to this errr... um person and press space or your defined 'open door' key for some humorous comentary.
