But who says what is acceptable and what isn't? The Government?

Free speech is either universal or it isn't free speech, simple as that. They're allowed to say they want to have sex with children legally and we're allowed to say that we think it's disgusting; that's how the system should work.

Obviously, if the line is crossed and talking about having sex with children turns into actually having sex with children, then tthe law must come down upon them. But nobody should be punished for voicing their opinion in a public forum, such as a protest, or a political party.
