I _kind_of_ enjoyed SimFarm myself, SimCity 2000 much more. SimEarth was quite good too, but SC2K is my personal favourite.

I just loved building "Mega-City One" (hell yeah!). Started out normally, but the layout wasn't too efiicient... so I started changing it to one as efficient as possible. Square grid pattern, changing the riverbed and coastline and such. Worked out nicely. k:
