Translations are never guarenteed to be accurate.
But, hey, if you're not sure, just buy a bag, brew it up, and tell us all if it tastes more like bile or shiet.
As for these products finding a customer base, I don't doubt they do. There are some pretty nasty things people eat and pay alot of money for. Things that when I tried my body about near purged to get them out as soon as possible. So the idea that people want their coffee "naturally processed" one way or another doesn't surprise me.
Gives me the jibblies, but doesn't surprise me.
